Max & Moore produces fossil energy place for green energy. No gas connection, but solar panels on the facades and the roof.
Water
Max & Moore is building a Rainproof Amsterdam. More than 71 liters of water per m2 water buffering is built in. Max & Moore not only buffers water in heavy rain showers, but also rainwater saved and reused for it irrigating the plants.
Green
Birds and insects cannot get enough of the vegetation on the roofs, patios and the biodiversity roof. In addition, the green provides improved insulation, a limited degree of soundproofing and cleaner air.
