Door de gehanteerde kolomstructuur zijn de verdiepingsvloeren volledig vrij in te delen. De kern voorziet in stabiliteit en is centraal georganiseerd zodat de vloeren onderling gekoppeld kunnen worden, of opgedeeld tot kleinere werkruimtes.

Met extra hoge plafonds en veel glas rondom, is er optimaal contact met buiten, zicht op het water, en komt er zoveel mogelijk daglicht binnen.

De flexibele opzet zorgt voor een hoge mate van gebruiksvriendelijkheid en maakt de huisvesting van een breed scala aan ondernemers mogelijk. Tevens is het gebouw door de jaren heen aanpasbaar.
